Drowning

If a dog can be rescued from drowning while his heart is still beating the dog can usually be saved. Artificial respiration is the anwser. With your dog lying flat on his side, press down on the chest cavity and draw up. This pushes air out and his ribspring will cause in halation. Keep this up at a rate of 20 a minute till he can breathe without any help from you.
